On the sunny afternoon of May 11, Shine in Hearts and the
Virtuosi Music & Art Foundation
came together to host
a mini concert and a message board activity
in celebration of Mother's Day and Mental Health Awareness Month.
Accompanied by the sounds of violin and piano, the concert welcomed over a hundred
guests — adults and children alike — who gathered to share their love and passion
for music. Afterward, we asked each of them to write something down.
Without the need for fancy words, the students' heartfelt messages reflected
their pure and genuine feelings toward music. Some wrote a sentence. Some wrote
several. Some just drew a picture.
